Marlière & Gerstlauer executive search is Luxembourg’s premium Executive Search firm for the general and corporate service industry and the finance industry. Our mandates cover senior and top management as well as expert roles. Our searches reach out to higher echelons in medium and big sized companies in Luxembourg as well as across Europe and candidates we talk to are highly competent talents. In order to facilitate the growth of our business we are looking for a talented research associate (m/f).

 
As a core member of our firm you conduct searches for appropriate candidates following a detailed outline of criteria. Drawing on a variety of sources you will identify and approach medium and high ranking managers and business leaders in Luxembourg and across Europe. In the following course of our mandates you will support the Partners until completion. Furthermore you will be in charge of organizational and administrative tasks inherent to this role.
As a qualified candidate you should have a first significant experience in a similar role, or as executive assistant in a corporate environment. Excellent communication skills, curiosity and discretion are a must, just as fluency in at least two of the following languages: French, English and German. We also expect you to have a post secondary degree as well as excellent analytical and organizational skills. Applications for part-time employment will be equally considered.
